Town of Souris Planning Advisory Board Meeting

Town of Souris Planning Advisory Board have scheduled a meeting for Monday, February 9th at 12:00pm. The meeting will be held in the Town Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of Souris Town Hall.

Items on the Agenda Include:

  1. A request to subdivide PID 104679, Chapel Ave. by Chapman Bros. Construction
  2. Clarification of rezoning/amendment to PID 102814 and 101741 Prince Ave. Clarification that the change will also include amending the Official Plan Future Land Use Map from Industrial to Residential in addition to the changing the current zoning of M1 Industrial to R3 Mixed Density Residential.

Planning Advisory Board Meetings are open to the public.

Town of Souris Planning Advisory Board is made up of two Town Councillors; Mayor Joanne Dunphy and Councillor David Jenkins, along with three members of the community; Arlene McKay, Patsy McInnis and David MacAulay.

The Planning Advisory Board reviews applications and makes recommendations to Town Council.
