Camp Registration

2026 Summer Youth Camp

Please complete this form to register your child or children for summer camp. Registration deadline is Thursday of the week prior to each camp. Maximum of 25 children per day. so once the capacity is reached, registration will be closed.

Registration is non-refundable.

Campers will not be considered registered until full payment is received and confirmed.

Payment information:

In-person payments: Souris Town Hall (cash, credit or debit accepted).

E-transfers: Email transfers to [email protected]. Use Souris as the password. Please include the camper’s name and dates of the camp in the note section.

What to bring:

lunch, snacks, water bottle, indoor sneakers, outdoor sneakers, sunblock, hat, hand sanitizer, medications if applicable

Drop-off:

Day starts at 8:30 AM – with drop off between 8:15 AM to 8:30 AM (NO EARLY DROP OFFS)

Pick up:

Day ends at 4:30 PM – Pick up between 4:30 PM and 4:45 PM. LATE FEES will apply for late pickups.

Our staff’s day ends at 5:00 PM – Please be respectful of this. Please let the staff know who (if different from normal parent/guardian) will be picking up the child (children) at the end of the day for security reason. Also, please let the staff know if they will be picked up early.

Please note that additional information will be provided following registration, including the Town of Souris Summer Camp Code of Conduct, Behaviour Management Policy, and camp procedures.

Our camp is designed for children who are able to participate independently in a group setting. If your child requires additional support or accommodations, please contact us prior to registration so we can discuss available options and help determine the best fit for your child’s needs.
