Step Back in Time with Us!

Join us on Tuesday, July 21 at 6:00pm at the Souris Historium in the Matthew McLean Building, 95 Main St. Souris for an evening exploring the history of 19th-century Souris.

Hosted by Allie Gallant and Kelsey Ching, the presentation will feature stories about the Breakwater, the railway, and the businesses that helped shape our community. A Q&A with Allie will follow the presentation.

Everyone is welcome, we hope to see you there!

July 25: Artisan Market & Shards Contest at the Historic Souris Lighthouse. 10am-6pm
July 26: Beach Party at Souris Beach Gateway Park. 12-5pm.

The Town of Souris Town Council meets the second Monday of each month. August’s meeting will be held August 10, 2026 at 7:00pm. COPY OF AGENDA (available 48 hrs prior to the meeting)

Town Council meetings are held at Souris Town Hall, 75 Main Street, Souris, PEI (3rd Floor Council Chambers) Accessible door entrance and parking is at the rear of the building and an elevator is available to the 3rd Floor.

Town Council meetings are always open to the public with the exception of reasons listed in the Municipal Government Act Section 119(1).

If you have something you would like considered by Council, or to make a presentation to Council, you must submit a request in writing to the Chief Admin Officer at least 7 days prior to the scheduled meeting.
