Chairperson Kenny Peters has called a meeting of the Town of Souris Planning Advisory Board Committee for Thursday, September 27th at 12pm (noon) in the Council Chambers, 3rd Floor Town Hall.
Topics to be reviewed:
Proposed Seniors Housing development on PID 899187 (2.96 acres of land presently owned by the Town of Souris). Proposal is to rezone the land from Open Space to Multiple Family Housing, and transfer the land to David and Wendy McQuaid for purposes of developing 4 five unit Senior friendly housing units on this property. (Seniors, people with disabilities, veterans) Proposal and development was reviewed by Professional Planner Derek French. Derek will be present at the meeting to present his report.
