To review and recommend on a development application received:

Cahill Construction, on behalf of KC Rentals, has applied for development on PID 774869. 

• This proposed development to include two duplexes. 

Property was recently rezoned to R3 – Mixed Density Residential.

The proponent will be invited to attend to answer any questions.

As always, our meetings are open to the public.

Held the 2nd Monday of every month at 7:00 PM, Council Chambers, 3rd Floor of Souris Town Hall, 75 Main Street, Souris

All Town Council meetings are open to the public. The Council Chambers are accessible by elevator, with the most convenient parking located at the rear entrance near the ramp and elevator door.

To have an item added to the agenda, please submit a written request to the Chief Administrative Officer at least 7 days before the meeting date.

Closed (in-camera) meetings may be held only for reasons permitted under Section 119 of the Municipal Government Act.
