The Town of Souris issued a Request for Proposals for Engineering/Design/Consultation for the Norris Pond Subdivision Project.  Deadline to submit proposals was September 15, 2026 at 2:00pm.

Three proposals were submitted, reviewed and recommended on. 

A motion by Council to approve and award is required.

Please note the next Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 13th at 7:00pm on account of the Thanksgiving Holiday falling on the 2nd Monday of the month.

Town Council meetings are open to the public. Town Council Chambers is on the 3rd Floor. Accessible by elevator. Additional off street parking is also available at the rear of the building.

If you have a request to go before Council you must submit that request in writing to the Chief Administrative Officer at least 7 days prior to the date of the meeting.
