Town of Souris Planning Advisory Board will meet Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 12:00pm.

Development applications/requests have been received for review and recommendation. Including:

1. Development Application from MACH Developments for a 6 unit apartment dwelling, MacGillivary Lane, Souris
2. Development Application from Seaside Innovation for an expansion to Remedy RX, Main Street, Souris
3. Preliminary Request from Krista & Tony to incorporate living quarters into PSI, Hebrew Ave, Souris
4. Update on Chapman Family Developments – File forwarded to Professional Planning Advisor, Samantha Murphy.

Our Planning Advisory Board meetings, as with all Town related meetings, are open to the public and held on the 3rd Floor of Town Hall which is accessible by elevator.

The Town of Souris Town Council meets the second Monday of each month. May’s meeting will be held May 11, 2026 at 7:00pm. COPY OF AGENDA (available 48 hrs prior to the meeting)

Town Council meetings are held at Souris Town Hall, 75 Main Street, Souris, PEI (3rd Floor Council Chambers) Accessible door entrance and parking is at the rear of the building and an elevator is available to the 3rd Floor.

Town Council meetings are always open to the public with the exception of reasons listed in the Municipal Government Act Section 119(1).

If you have something you would like considered by Council, or to make a presentation to Council, you must submit a request in writing to the Chief Admin Officer at least 7 days prior to the scheduled meeting.
