As a requirement of the Municipal Government Act (MGA) Municipalities are required to have and/or update certain Bylaws.
Currently the Town of Souris is reviewing and looking at updating: Water and Sewer Utility Bylaw 2024-08 and Access to Information Bylaw 2024-07
To review Click on each of the above listed bylaws being presented by Council.
Any new or amended Bylaw requires two readings of Council at two separate public meetings. Our next scheduled meeting will be held Monday, June 10, 2024 at 6pm.
