Souris Town Council will hold a Special Closed Meeting Wednesday, March 27th at 6:00pm to consider a request not yet publicly announced.
As per section 119 of the MGA Council may hold a Closed meeting only for specific reasons: For this meeting: A matter under consideration, which the Council has not yet publicly announced a decision and about which discussion in public would likely prejudice the municipality’s ability to carry out its negotiations;
An Open Public meeting will follow at 7:00pm.
