Development Applications for review and recommendation have been received from:
Paul MacNeil for signage at Chapel Suites on Chapel Ave
Natalie Carter for a new storage building – larger than 500 sq ft
Carlos Torres for an addition to their house at 8 Goodwill Ave. (a minor variance has been requested)
Frank and Kim Ahlering for development of 10 micro apartments on Federal Ave.
Town Council and Planning Advisory Board meetings are open to the public.
