SAVE THE DATE . . . Town of Souris Plan Review – Public Meeting
The Town’s official plan and development bylaw describe how land is managed, including which land uses are permitted, where they can go, and the standards those uses will have to meet. The official plan sets out policies for land use and describes how the community will develop over time, describing what it is the community wants to look like in the future and what they want to protect.
Town residents of all ages are encouraged to attend the next public meeting to share ideas and thoughts on what should be included as priorities in the next version of the official plan. The meeting will take place at 6pm on Wednesday, October 5th at the St. Mary’s Parish Hall, 66 Main Street, Souris and all are welcome
