MONDAY, JANUARY 20TH, 2020 at 7:00pm Mayor JoAnne Dunphy has called this special meeting of Souris Town Council to review and give second reading to our Elections Bylaw 2018-01 amendment as proposed at our January 13, 2020 regular Council Meeting whereby, first reading was read and approved.
A Draft of the Amended Bylaw can be found HERE. Please note highlighted sections 20.2 – 20.4 which have been added to the bylaw pertaining to nomination deposit fees.
